International Marketing Coordinator (m/f/x), Continental Europe & Africa
Berlin HQ, fulltime, starting June 2025, permanent contract)
Sony Music Continental Europe and Africa works with a wide range of artists including Purple Disco Machine, Lost Frequencies, Måneskin, Gyakie, James Arthur, Jain, Oxlade, 1Da Banton, and many others. We are currently seeking a International Marketing Coordinator (f/m/x) to join the team in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Administration:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Vice President of Marketing, including managing schedules, coordinating calls, and preparing meeting agendas.
- Assist in organising and maintaining the VP’s diary.
- Take clear and concise meeting minutes.
- Prepare and file expense reports.
- Process purchase orders, onboard new suppliers, and oversee payments to external vendors.
- Handle a variety of routine and ad hoc administrative duties.
Marketing Coordination & Communications:
- Oversee the collation, editing, and distribution of regular regional marketing newsletters and updates.
- Monitor and compile marketing spend information for key artists and projects across the region.
- An active contributor in meetings and brainstorming sessions, coming with up fresh ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up to date and across industry trends and developments.
Presentation & Reporting:
- Develop high-quality presentations for internal and external meetings using PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Compile data-driven reports, analyse marketing performance metrics, and create insightful data slides.
- Generate and share reports on streaming, radio and social media with the team and markets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experienceas an Intern, Assistant or Coordinator within a music or media company.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Great communication skills, allowing you to foster strong relationships across the company.
- A creative mind with a passion for music and eager to contribute ideas to the team.
- Proficiency in English is essential, with German and French skills being highly preferred.
