Purple Disco Machine celebrated for outstanding radio successes in Europe

Sony Music’s European team has met up with German producer Purple Disco Machine after a show at Ushuaia on 18.07.22 in Ibiza, to celebrate his extraordinary success story of the last two years, especially in European airplay charts. 

Among others, ‘Hypnotized’ was the most played track on Italian radio in 2020, as well as 2021 in the Netherlands. In addition, the single went atop the airplay charts in Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Poland, as well as #3 on the European AirPlay Charts and #5 on the German Airplay Charts. Rank #4.

The Number one track was followed by the artist’s ‘Fireworks (feat. Moss Kena)’ as the most played song on Italian radio in 2021, as well as #1 on the Airplay Charts in Italy and Germany and #5 on the European Airplay Charts.

‘Dopamine (feat. Eyelar)’ also continued its success story on the radio, staying at the top of the German airplay charts for a total of 4 weeks, as well as in the top ten of numerous other countries.

His newest track ‘In the Dark (with Sophie and the Giants)’ is also causing a sensation. As the most played song on the German airplay charts in the first half of 2022, it spent a total of seven weeks at #1 in Germany, as well as topping the airplay charts in the Netherlands and Belgium, #3 in Italy and #7 in France and #1 on the European airplay charts.
