Sony Music celebrates togetherness at “Elevate Each Other” festival

Sony Music GSA celebrated its second Value Festival last week under the motto “Elevate Each Other”. The week focused on diversity, togetherness and the exchange of ideas on how to strengthen and support each other and grow together.

The topic was brought to life for employees in a variety of ways through inspiring impulses and interactive formats. In addition to a workshop on intergenerational collaboration, there was a Lunch & Learn session with human rights activist Düzen Tekkal, who gave insights into her organization German Dream. This organization is committed to social cohesion, the communication of liberal-democratic values, equal opportunities and participation. Junge Helden e.V. also presented their viral tattoo campaign “Opt.Ink”, which has succeeded in bringing the important topic of organ donation to the center of society on a large scale.

The festive finale was the Sony Music summer party in Berlin, where employees also had the opportunity to get the organ donation tattoo.
